Introduction:
This role involves maintaining and delivering the Global Management Information & Analytics (MIA) COE framework, supporting the Global CRES & LS frontline, by being part of a dedicated back office team based out of Pune. Supporting the team lead to implement robust processes and standardization leading to efficiency and assurance, you will be responsible for data management and management reporting.
The role holder will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing key management data for use in high-visibility management information to CRES. Working closely with the team lead, the role holder will be handling cross-border interactions and country nuances in order to get cross-supplier input and support. The role also involves providing the required support in the roll out of EDMS platform across CRES as well support the current ProjectWise Bentley system.
What will you be doing?
Management Information
- Work in a team to maintain and deliver a centralised and industrialised Management Information framework to handle all scheduled and unscheduled MI reporting needs of CRES and LS across pillars.
- Operate the CRES and LS data warehouse for retrieval and processing of management reports, ensuring data integrity, one version of information, a strong control in data broadcast and publishing of reports.
- Collect and process raw data from suppliers, internal data owners, and separate Barclays teams, and work to deliver end-to-end timelines as set out by the team lead.
- Analyse and number crunch data and business requirements and translate into effective senior level presentations and dashboard including but not limited to use of latest data reporting tools in form of Tableau, Alteryx among others
- Working with the team and business stakeholders to maintain, deliver, and make periodic refinements to reporting overlay (e.g. reporting template or dashboard) and internal processes.
- Collaborate to ensure governance of key projects and transformation agenda and effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors
- Cater and deliver all MI types needs for CRES and LS (e.g. CRM MI, Service Mgmt. MI, Operations MI and Location Strategy MI)
- Develop and continuously improve dashboard reports based on changing cost needs
- Work closely with Global CRM Lead and support their relationship and commitments to customers
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and departments to prepare data mining processes and develop designs for effective data analysis and reporting
Assurance
- Support the team lead in providing assurance that data management and reporting are conducted in a robust and compliant manner
- Participate in/coordinate any audit of CRES and Location Strategy supplier management, performing self-assessments in liaison with CCO and drawing in other areas as appropriate

The role covers management information delivery relating to CRES and Location Strategy \xe2\x80\x93 either in terms of reviewing and finalising MI reports and refinement of reporting process

- Ability to focus on both attention to detail and presentation of concepts to stakeholders at a summary level .

Relevant Knowledge: CRES expertise is an advantage, but not required. Strong experience in data analytics, management reporting, change management and product development, preferably in an agile framework. Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and data query practices.
