We are looking for an experienced Creo Automation Expert to design, develop, and implement advanced automation tools, macros, and CAD-specific solutions that significantly improve efficiency in the engineering design workflow. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Creo, strong experience with CAD automation, scripting, and CAD APIs, and the ability to build scalable solutions that streamline design processes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation tools, macros, and API-based solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance CAD design efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and optimize automation scripts to improve productivity, accuracy, and standardization within the CAD ecosystem.
• Ensure smooth integration and interaction between automation modules and CAD platforms such as Creo and AutoCAD.
• Provide expert-level support for resolving complex CAD design and modelling challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within CAD models to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand automation requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Creo
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficiency in .NET Framework (C# or VB.NET preferred)
• Experience with CAD APIs, automation frameworks, and integration workflows
• Expertise in scripting tools and macro development for CAD environments
• Solid understanding of CAD workflows, parametric modelling, and design structures

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Exposure to PLM systems (preferred)
