Role : Credit Underwriter Location : Mumbai/Bangalore About the role: The Job involves developing the credit underwriting framework, credit administration process and manage credit approval, exception approvals, tracking of early defaults. Candidate is expected to ensure compliance with PayU credit policy, regulatory guidelines, market practice What you\'ll be doing: . To develop the Credit Delivery Process, Verification and Early warning system for MSME segment by leveraging the Internal digital capabilities & FinTech ecosystem . Ensure adherence to Credit Policy and delegation of authorities . To have a sound knowledge of the lending practice and associated risk for MSME segment in Indian market across multiple geographies . To have a working knowledge of general legal and compliance framework for India market . Provide feedback for Credit Policy and Portfolio monitoring What are we looking for . Chartered Accountant / MBA / PGDBA with 2-4 years\' experience in Retail MSME Risk Experience in Bank/ NBFC industry . Credit Professional with rich experience in MSME Unsecured Loan Underwriting & Managing Risk Processes for Retail MSME segment across sectors and products . Prior experience in Credit approval process for Digital MSME Loans, Transaction data /Alternate data based Credit Model and Fintech partnership is necessary. . Implementation of Credit Score Model . Proficiency in managing Retail MSME credit risk . Strategic thinking . Excellent communicator . Relationship management .
