Job Description

Experience : 2-5yrs exp in Microfinance / Rural Finance / Credit Operations

Roles and Responsibilites:

*Conduct video calls with dairy farmers to collect income, asset, household, and liability details

*Analyze applicants' cash flow to assess loan repayment capacity

*Approve or reject loan applications based on credit policies and risk assessment

*Maintain accurate records of video calls, applicant information, and credit decisions

*Monitor portfolio quality, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions

*Perform loan utilization checks to ensure proper use of funds

*Stay updated on credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

*Strong understanding of credit bureau reports and bank account statement analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
