Directly Managing Team of 2-3 Cluster Credit Executives managing -Approx 2-4 Districts.
Should have Ability to lead and coordinate with Marketing and Recovery Teams across Area.
Should be able to manage Dealer and Manufacturer relationship through understanding the Sales team and Portfolio behavior simultaneously.
Should be able to analyze and manage Portfolio quality and post finance issues.
Should be able to manage Key Customer- Big groups' relations directly.
Should be able to guide and motivate the team to set higher standard in sales and Quality by in time inputs and Training.
Should be able to understand the portfolio behavior pocket wise/ dealer wise / segment wise /profile wise to get Right signals in time.
