Job Description
- Credit Assessment: Conduct in-depth analysis of developer financials, project cash flows, market risks, and promoter background.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement credit policies, assess legal/technical/market risks, and monitor delinquent accounts.
- Underwriting: Evaluate creditworthiness for new loans and manage the approval process for disbursements.
- Portfolio Management: Periodically review existing loans, manage post-disbursement documentation, and ensure adherence to loan conditions (LTV, etc.).
- Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with strategic clients, sales teams, and internal departments to understand business needs and opportunities.
- Policy & Process: Update credit guidelines and processes, ensuring alignment with market conditions and regulations.
