We are looking for a proactive credit controller who would be a key figure in supporting the financial function of a business.
About the Job
- Accounts receivable - Collection of dues, follow ups with reminders
- Record/data management, AR Reviews, invoice submission, Provisions & adhere to the company’s credit policies
- Bank Guarantee - Vetting drafts, requisitions, Coordination with banks, Record/Data Management
- Letter of credit - Vetting drafts, Coordination with banks, submission of documents to bank and Record/Data Management
Who you are
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Nature of Experience - Good knowledge on accounting, customer evaluation, handling debtors, MS office especially excel & SQL, Knowledge on ERP (MOVEX package) is an added advantage.
Skills
Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people.
Ability to work independently prioritization of the work.
Seasoned professional who can efficiently work under pressure in difference circumstances.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good business acumen for problem solving
Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
