Evaluate and document the risks and mitigants while processing the proposal with adherence to quality and TAT Has understanding of property related knowledge with regard to legal title and market value of the property Timely completion of vendor management related activities, open audit queries and be able to guide and train sales personnel and CPA's. Your skills and experience Candidate must be Chartered Accountant or Postgraduate with at least 7-8 years of work experience in banking industry. Should have sizable experience of underwriting for products like Home Loan, Loan against property Excellent written and oral communication skills Is adaptable and proactive on implementing technological changes in process as and when implemented Any short course or certification in Working capital finance would be added advantage.
