As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Product Manager to join our product team.Responsibilities :Product Development :Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of SaaS products from concept to launch.Assist in defining product features, specifications, and requirements based on market needs and business objectives.Market Analysis :- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.- Provide insights and recommendations to inform product strategy and roadmap.User Experience (UX) and Design :- Work closely with design teams to ensure a user-centric approach in product design.- Provide input on user interface (UI) design and user experience enhancements.Project Management :- Support the Product Manager in project planning, coordination, and execution.- Help maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of product features.Communication :- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.- Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user guides and release notes.Data Analysis :- Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data on product performance and user behavior.- Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes and recommendations for product improvements.Customer Engagement :- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, understanding their needs and pain points.- Work closely with customer support and success teams to address customer concerns and enhance user satisfaction.Quality Assurance :- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.- Participate in testing activities and contribute to bug tracking and resolution.Product Launch :- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating marketing efforts and promotional activities.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.- 1-3 of experience in product management in a Startup.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with SaaS principles and software development processes.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives- Flexible work hours- Professional development opportunities- Dynamic and inclusive company cultureIf you are passionate about driving innovation in the SaaS space and are ready to contribute to the success of a growing company, we invite you to apply for the Associate Product Manager position at Credflow.
