About the role We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can help in our company\'s growth through their effective marketing strategies. As a creative strategist at ON PURPOSE, you will be the bridge between the creative and account teams , developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for developing the strategy behind each campaign, managing the creative process, and ensuring that the final product meets the client\'s objectives. To be successful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, as well as a strong project manager who is able to juggle multiple projects at once. Your Roles and Responsibilities Create compelling campaigns by imagining, visualizing and creating award winning narratives Breaking down complex business problem and creating compelling stories and ideas to solve for client needs Understand creative brief from clients and establish a well devised strategy based on learnings and insight Create, implement and monitor the efficacy of marketing strategies throughout their entire lifecycle Strategize ways to increase sales and brand awareness through marketing efforts such as social media campaigns or targeted advertisements Collaborate with design, copywriting, social media and content development teams to bring concepts to life. Also, ensure that the promotional/ marketing material and content appeals to the customer needs and is as per the client/ company\'s brand guidelines Ahead of the curve to examine market and industry reports, and identify important trends and leverage them Team management Creating pitch decks and other forms of creative content for new business opportunities Solving for existing clients and revisualising their creative expression quarterly or bi-yearly. Analyze the results of marketing initiatives, prepare briefs, and adjust our strategy as needed Piloting and tracking market results along with analyzing creative/marketing strategies for customer demographics Aspirational thinking and creative flair to experiment How We\'d Expect You To Split Your Time Very thoughtfully. But here\'s an indicative split as a guide: Client Relationship Management: 20% Social Media and Creative Content : 30% New Business Development: 50% What You\'ll Need (must haves for the role) : 5 to 7 years\' relevant work experience as a marketing/ creative strategist in an advertising agency set up Bachelor\'s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or a related field Well-rounded knowledge of current marketing trends and marketing dynamics Proficiency with overall project management Understanding of digital analytics tools, such as Semrush and Google Analytics What Would Be Nice to Have Master\'s degree in marketing, communications or a related field Experience managing large account portfolios Freshly brewed coffee-making skills.
