ROLE: CREATIVE MANAGER

The Big Picture

The Creative Manager will act as an in charge of the overall design & development, branding & execution of innovative and engaging creative strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.

What you can expect as a Market Acquisition Manager at Illumine-i:

• You\'ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization\'s goals and objectives and develop creative strategies to achieve them.
• You\'ll oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• You\'ll manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• You\'ll establish and enforce creative standards, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all creative outputs.
• You\'ll keep abreast of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the creative output and provide innovative solutions.
• You\'ll work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their needs and incorporate their input into the creative process.
• You\'ll develop and manage budgets for creative projects, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
• You\'ll evaluate the performance of the creative team, provide constructive feedback, identify training needs, and support professional development opportunities.
• You\'ll stay updated on copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and other legal requirements pertaining to creative work, ensuring compliance in all creative outputs.

Essential Qualifications include:

• Bachelor\'s degree with 7-10 years of previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or communications. A master\'s degree is a plus.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Proficient in using design software and tools
• In-depth knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and provide innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation is advantageous.
