Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our design function based in Ahmedabad, India. This role will oversee all creative design work across digital and print channels, ensuring the brand is represented consistently and creatively across every touchpoint. You will be responsible for developing visually engaging materials for websites, digital marketing, brochures, leaflets, and other promotional assets, while guiding and mentoring a junior designer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative output of the design team, ensuring alignment with the brand and strategic goals.
Conceptualise and design engaging layouts for websites, landing pages, digital ads, emails, and social media content.
Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, leaflets, posters, and other print collateral.
Collaborate closely with the London teams to translate campaign ideas into visually compelling executions.
Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all channels and international markets.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the junior designer, fostering creativity, skill growth, and attention to detail.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with delivery timelines.
Liaise with print suppliers, photographers, and digital developers to ensure premium-quality outputs.
Skills & Experience
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design expertise.
Proficiency in using Design Tools.
Experience designing responsive websites and digital marketing assets.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
Experience working within established brand guidelines and contributing to brand evolution.
