A person with a unique blend of imagination, charisma, and caffeinated energy to transform brands into epic tales that\'ll have the internet begging for more.A day in the life of an Creative Lead (social media)Join forces with our Creative team to understand the brands\' needs and objectives, Together develop social first creative ideas and plan that create one of a kind contentProducing beautifully designed decks and providing references that are in line with the brand\'s objectives and requirementsSupervise execution of social pieces, overseeing the execution team and supervising the progress until approvalGood understanding of the entire social media lifecycle, such as Ideation, scriptwriting, social media content and ideating with focused speciality in at least one of them.Ideates and writes original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.Sharing ideas based on the latest social media trends and deep understanding of social media inventory present (For example, when to use Insta Stories v/s When to use Insta Feeds)Aware about content that works on different platforms for different formatsEnsure that all creative work meets high standards of quality and aligns with our clients\' brand guidelinesBuild and maintain relationships with the internal l teamFoster a collaborative, creative and positive work environmentQualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a digital advertising agencyA portfolio showcasing your involvement in mind-blowing work across social media platforms.You\'re a natural-born hustler with a Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth.You are agile and a doerYou have excellent communication skills, with your can-do attitude.You\'re proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and you\'re not afraid to use them.Pushing the envelope and inviting the future of content creation by dabbling in AI Writer and AI Design Tools like Chatgpt, Runaway and more.
