They focus on construction of residential complexes from affordable homes to high end housing, luxurious bungalows, villas & condominiums, & commercial cum office establishments.The Job- Graphic Designer conceptualize and design visual ideas, understanding the organization needs and developing a brand\'s visual identity.Your responsibilities will include:- Creating visual designs for print and digital media- Collaborating with decision-makers to understand project requirements- Using design software to produce visually appealing designs- Creating visual elements like Advertisement, Hoardings, Flyer, Brochure, Banners and logo designing- Participate in design briefs with stakeholder to identify their needs- Collaborate with the creative team to develop graphics and motion graphics- Revising designs based on management feedback- Create engaging info Graphics & Motion Graphics content for Social Media Platforms- To think creatively and conceptually. Should be detail-oriented, responsive and take end-to-end ownership- Collaborative ideation and brainstorming to come up with design solutions and new ideasIdeal Candidate :Key Skills :- A good eye for type, colour, fonts, and movement is essential- Work with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.- Good experience of Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.- Knowledge in creating Motion Graphics is a plus- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple Design at various stages.- Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create graphics for the brand- Experience in working at Advertising/Digital agencies is added advantage- Software Proficiency: Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Added Advantage: Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
