Creative Graphic Designer JD Creative Lead working a fast-paced D2C brand or a creative agency. A person who understands consumer behavior and loves challenges is our perfect fit.

• Lead the art development effort while coordinating with various stakeholders like Marketing Manager and Product Manager.
• Setup development and quality processes. Regularly monitor and improve the timeliness, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
• Hiring and onboarding of new members of the team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members through regular communication and performance appraisals to maintain a culture of high-performance energetic team.
• Identify Training needs of the team and to execute the training plan to constantly enhance the skill levels of the team.
• Focus on Content implementation pipeline
• Schedule and manage time efficiently \xe2\x80\x93 work with agile development leaders to plan work
• Deliver assets on time to specification with a thorough and complete attention to detail
• Responsible for having peer reviews to check work for accuracy and quality
• Various other duties include:
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams
• Follow guidelines set by management to manage / develop art assets to support business
• Bring in ideas/innovations to improve the overall testing process in terms of tools, processes etc.
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet brand\xe2\x80\x99s needs
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
