Core Responsibilities include:

• 
  Develops site graphics, images, icons, banners, etc.
  
• Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results.
  
• Identifying and evaluating improvement options
  
• Good foundation in graphic design principles, typography, color, style
  
• Good understanding of current design trends and guidelines for both mobile/web and be able to create seamless experiences across all platforms
  
• Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions
  
• Communicate with the US counterpart to understand the brief
  
• Designing of all marketing materials, which includes email template design, display networks banners, social media banners, Landing Page Designs, animated banners, GIF Ads. Designing of mocks for different websites and landing pages.
  
• Good understanding experience in innovative color palettes/ themes, creative layouts, and typography in different digital mediums.
  
• Visualize and develop- info graphics, animations and interactivities
  
• Deliver within the specified deadline with zero error
  
• Manage design projects / deliverables on day to day basis.
  
• Sourcing appropriate pictures and images for assigned projects and finding and licensing images to a client in response to their brief. Exploring all picture sources including online image banks and stock photo libraries. Deciding when to use existing images or to perform a web search. Building computer archives of creative and images and keeping accurate records of them. Obtaining correct caption and credit information
  
• Ensuring that the Brand Guidelines are followed while creation/editing of each creative
  
• Basic understanding of Jira Tool
  
• Create PPTs for the stakeholders and team as and when required

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 
  Visual arts qualifications (fine art, photography, publishing, illustration or graphic design) or Bachelor in Fine Arts or Graduate/Post Graduate in Design, Non Design graduates with considerable experience and good work
  
• Preferably prior experience working with Finance clients
  
• Good at typography, layout, understands design and is okay with lots of detail
  
• Eye for detailing
  
• Web layout designing skills with Responsive Design-
  
• Good understanding experience in designing innovative wireframes, mock ups of entire website, micro site, landing pages, banners, brochures, case studies, templates, etc.
  
• Good knowledge of typography and ability to produce dynamic layouts
  
• Ability to work with interpreting concepts/ storyboarding for digital campaigns.
  
• Ability to think out of the box and create new concepts
  
• Demonstrable experience with Standard and Rich Media Banners- interactivity, roll- overs, video integration and other formats.
  
• Good communicational skills
  
• Should be able to take the responsibilities and come up with design solution
  
• Provide suggestions/innovation ideas to stakeholders
