Job briefWe are looking for a candidate who understands design language very clearly and has a strong sense of understanding of creativity and continuous upgrade in the design approach. He/She is expected to be aligned with the company's requirements and come up with creative solutions for the propaganda/campaigns according to our standards.For the role, you will be in constant collaboration with the marketing team as well as product development to fulfill the required digital creatives and generate artistic elements to promote a brand and attract customers' attention.What we are expecting from a creative designer?

• Creativity: As a creative designer, it's essential that you're able to think of innovative and exciting ways to visually communicate ideas. Creative thinking is important to take our company's message and needs and translate it into meaningful visual art.

• Artistic talent: Besides being creative and innovative with design concepts, creative designers possess the artistic talent and skills to conceptualize, illustrate and generate visual graphics either manually or using computer software.

• Branding: It's essential that creative designers have fundamental branding and typography abilities to create great designs for customers. Creative designers are to be proficient in investigating and comprehending the aspects of a company's brand, including colors, typefaces, images, and logos, in expressing the brand's chosen messaging and reaching their target audience.

• Design software abilities: A candidate is expected to have obvious and sound knowledge of all the design tools and platforms like PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and so on. As a creative designer, it's important for you to know how to utilize picture layout editing and publishing tools.

• Communication skills: It's critical that creative designers communicate their vision for a project. It's also important for creative designers to work well with different departments and team members and carefully listen to the design goals of clients.

• Analytical abilities: It's critical that creative designers can select the appropriate graphic representation for a complicated topic or data collection.

• Time management: Our creative designer(s) are totally working on the betterment of the company's visual aspects and digital presentation and maybe a couple of creatives overlap at the same time. It's important that creative designers can multitask and keep design and projects on track.

Responsibilities

• deciding how to translate messages and ideas into visuals

• creating and executing a style guide for artwork

• meeting with clients and listening to their needs and requirements

• assisting with the selection of design elements such as fonts, colors, and images for layouts

• coming up with design guidelines

• supervising design modifications throughout the development process

• creating logos

• creating digital drawings using software

• creating pictures from data and ideas

• presenting the creative design work to clients

• making modifications to designs after presenting them to clients

• collaborating closely with the creative team to develop content

Requirements and skills

• Professional Creative Design experience preferred

• A graphic design qualification or similar.

• Portfolio with design projects.

• Proven work experience as a graphic designer.

• Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).

• A keen eye for visual details.

• Aesthetic skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
