This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different digital design platforms. We seek someone who not just executes but creates ideas.Here's The Description Of the Job:

• Study design briefs and understand design requirements.
• Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, and digital media
• Conceptualise visuals based on clients' requirements and guidelines.
• Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Use the appropriate colors, typography and layouts based on brand guidelines.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend designs based on clients and editor feedback.
• Collaborate with an in-house team of editors and content managers to produce the final design.
• Work through any revision requests by clients/inhouse team members.

Here's what we are looking for, is this you :

• You must have 1+ years of experience in graphic and motion design
• Must have experience in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
• You recognize the power of good design, and you know how to build, maintain, and evolve a brand
• You develop materials to inspire and engage web visitors
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Experience designing for B2B, and B2B technology businesses
• Excellent communication skills (Email, Google Meet, phone)
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
