Lawyered is developing a legal-tech platform to help commercial and private vehicle owners effortlessly tackle on-road legal issues on-the-spot, backed by our network of 70K lawyers covering 98% of the pin-codes and tech-driven interventions.



ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Creative Designer will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, collaborating closely with the product function.

This role requires a hands-on approach in translating marketing strategies into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience.

The Creative Designer will contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns by ensuring consistency in brand messaging and delivering high-quality design assets.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand product nuances, updates, and campaign objectives, translating them into visually compelling designs.
2. Visual Ideation: Generate creative and innovative design concepts aligned with marketing strategies and the company\'s vision for various campaigns and events.
3. Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and online content, while maintaining brand integrity. Take a hands-on approach in executing design tasks.
4. Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives across online channels such as social media, email campaigns, and the company website, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
5. Agency Collaboration: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the outsourced marketing agency, providing design inputs and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
6. Video Editing: Preferable if candidate have hands on experience in video creation for Gif, Reels, 2D animation.
7. Performance Visualization: Utilize graphic design platforms and tools like Adobe Creative Suite to enhance the visual aspects of marketing campaigns, contributing to improved performance metrics.
8. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into design revisions to continuously enhance the visual elements of marketing materials.
9. Graphic Design Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software and tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, to enhance the visual aspects of marketing campaigns, contributing to improved performance metrics
10. Graphic Designing Tools:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven track record with 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing within the tech or legal domain.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on fresh design opportunities.
