It has helped us venture into rent and rent-related payments and other vendor payments using credit cards. Currently, we are working on transforming Paymatrix into a Virtual POS platform.

Main Task:

\xe2\x97\x8f Business Development of PL/Digital Gold

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f End to end Project management for PL and DG journey.

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordination with internal stakeholders of marketing, Product and CRM/Customer Care

\xe2\x97\x8f To analyze what marketing campaigns are working and what not, any gap in digital journey of customers to be highlighted to product, which channels/source giving max conversions/lead, monitoring/tracking nurturing, assistance and service-related queries are resolved within turnaround time

What do you need to succeed?

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales /marketing of Personal loan or other lending products with leading banks or NBFCs

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of various marketing and sales concepts

\xe2\x97\x8f Problem solving

\xe2\x97\x8f Profit & Loss Understanding is a must

\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical thinking

\xe2\x97\x8f Judgment and Decision Making

\xe2\x97\x8f Sales and Marketing know-how
