We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Court Clerk to independently handle all court-related tasks and support our litigation team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle filing and submission of documents across all courts.
Manage
physical filing, e-filing, online case uploads
and extraction of certified copies/orders.
Attend court hearings for filing, follow-ups, and coordination with court staff.
Track case status, next dates, orders and update the team on time.
Maintain, organise and update case files and litigation registers.
Handle affidavits, stamp papers, notarisation, true copies and attestation work.
Coordinate with advocates, court clerks, registry officers and clients.
Ensure timely delivery/collection of documents and urgent filings.
Assist the litigation team with administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements:
4-7 years of solid experience
as a Court Clerk (preferably in a law firm).
Strong understanding of
court procedures, filing systems and e-filing portals
.
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple matters.
Must be punctual, dependable and disciplined.
Ability to travel to various courts as needed.
Salary:
As per experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
