Job Description


Role Purpose

The position leads the marketing and sales procurement for India. The candidate will be responsible for spends of 30 Mn Euro which will span across all the domains in marketing and Sales. The candidate will provide guidance to the P2P team in their day-to-day activities. He / She will also be responsible for all controls within the procurement framework including managing stakeholder and auditor requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Categories Responsible for: Media, Communication Agencies, Digital Communication and Multi-Channel Marketing, Market Research, Call Centers, Patient Programs, Print, POSM, Promo, Marketing, and Other Consulting -
  • Category Strategies Implementation
  • Stakeholder management for better demand management, planning & execution of strategies
  • Supplier Relationship Management for better supplier-led innovation & value creation for the organization
  • Ensuring strong adherence to company policy, compliance norms &risk management associated with suppliers through a strong due diligence process.
  • Delivering cost savings, avoidance & cash benefits for an organization basis set guideline
  • Working as project lead/Change manager for regional category project Implementation & change management
  • Governance of regional project implementation especially in the domain of Marketing
About you

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage process flow in complex environments
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders / Partners
  • Excellent in process and controls
  • Category & Operation Management
  • Knowledge of Indirects Buying platforms like Ariba, Coupa, etc
  • Language requirements: English, Hindi
Qualifications
  • Education level/degree/certification(s) required for this position: Engineer/MBA preferred
  • Minimum of years of relevant experience in a similar position: 8 - 12 Years of experience (Preferably in Procurement)
  • Strong 3 - 4 years of Procurement experience, especially in the area of Indirect Procurement
  • Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG experience is a plus
