Job title: Country Category Buyer, Professional Service Location: Mumbai Our Team: This role is a part of the procurement team for India. The spends managed by the team is greater than 150 million Euro. The key categories of procurement include COGS & Distribution, Marketing and Sales, Professional Services, Clinical and Scientific and CAPEX & Maintenance. Analytics driven and digitally enabled, Procurement brings in innovative solution to drive sustainable value and impact for Sanofi, our business partners, and our patients. Main responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible to manage spends of 20 Mn Euro in space of Indirect Procurement across India The candidate will provide guidance to the P2P team in their day-to-day activities. He / She will also be responsible for all controls within the procurement framework including managing stakeholder and auditor requirements. Working as project lead/Change manager for regional category project Implementation & change management. Governance of regional project implementation especially in areas of Travel management Events & Facility management Categories Responsible for: Events, Hotels, Travel, car Fleet, Insurance, Facility management, Real Estate & HR service Category Strategies Implementation Stakeholder management for better demand management, planning & execution of strategies Supplier Relationship management for better supplier led innovation & value creation for organization Ensuring strong adherence to company policy, compliance norms &risk management associated with suppliers through strong due diligence process Delivering cost savings, avoidance & cash benefits for an organization basis set guideline Experience : Procurement experience in FMCG / Pharma industry preferred Soft skills : Communication / negotiation Technical skills : Knowledge of SAP / Coupa Education : B.E./ MBA Languages : English (Must) Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
