Roles and Responsibilities - Counter Staff (Chai Nagri)
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
Provide accurate information about the menu, ongoing offers, and new products.
Ensure a pleasant customer experience with polite communication and prompt service.
Order Handling:
Process orders through the POS system accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Handle takeaways, dine-in, and online orders smoothly.
Cash & Billing Management:
Handle cash, cards, and digital payments responsibly.
Issue correct bills and return accurate change.
Maintain daily sales records and submit cash to the manager as per policy.
Product Knowledge:
Have complete knowledge of Chai Nagri's menu, ingredients, and sub-brands.
Promote add-ons, combos, and special beverages to increase sales.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
Keep the counter area, display, and serving sections neat and organized.
Follow hygiene standards for serving food and beverages.
Inventory & Stock:
Monitor stock levels of cups, straws, disposables, and other counter essentials.
Inform the manager or kitchen staff of shortages or reordering needs.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support other team members during rush hours and maintain discipline.
Brand Representation:
Maintain personal grooming and wear the prescribed uniform neatly.
Represent Chai Nagri's values of hospitality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Pay: ₹8,614.49 - ₹12,000.00 per month
