JD:
- Recruit, hire, and train new CSP
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Supervise CSP and assistants.
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Work with sales team when closing sales
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Arrange promotional events in different places.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
- Business promotion through digital promotion.
- Recruit CSP & Distributor.
- Communicate with Distributors area wise and increase sales ration.
- Morning shift
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Cosmetic Marketing: 5 years (Required)
