Job Description

The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, understanding their furniture requirements, explaining product features, and ensuring smooth sales transactions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products. Explain product features, pricing, materials, and warranty details. Prepare quotations and handle billing and order processing. Maintain proper product display and cleanliness in the showroom area. Follow up with customers for inquiries, quotations, and deliveries. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely order execution. Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
