Job Responsibilities : Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess clients\' career aspirations and goals. Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients on educational and career choices. Assist clients in developing career plans and setting achievable objectives. Offer support and encouragement to clients facing challenges or obstacles in their career paths. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement counseling programs and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client progress. Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to provide relevant information to clients. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and the ability to understand clients\' needs and concerns. Strong listening skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
