Reporting To: -1) Core Fertility Specialist: at center level2) Head- Clinical Supports: at HO level.Desired qualifications & Skills:

• BHMS, BAMS
• Only Female Candidates with age limit 23-40 years.
• Preferably: 1 year experience in Gynecology, even fresher's would do
• Language: English and the local language (where the center is located).
• Computer Savvy (Word, Excel)

SCOPE OF WORK: Responsible for clinical follow up of all patients recruited by the mother center. This shall include all pre and post registration activities for a direct patient, web, MI patient. Responsible for co-ordination of post-registration clinical activities for all FCC patients where existent.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ADMINISTRATIVE: 1) Ensure smooth workflow at center.2) Training and supervision of nurses and clinic boys at the mother center.3) Ensure proper record keeping with respect to patient files.4) Ensure embryology laboratory and IVF OT cleaning as per SOP (with the help of andrology technician and nurse).5) Assist with PNDT registration and compliance (maintaining ultrasound registers, filling requisite forms, timely submission of records to PNDT office etc).6) Giving appointments for all patients for consultation with the CFS.FCC/HCD: 1) Form the main channel of communication between the CFS and the FCC/ HC/ PDC doctor.2) Training and guidance of staff at the FCC/ HCD center with respect to IVF requirements and logistics.3) Solving FCC/ HCD doctors concerns with the guidance from the CFS.4) Confirm availability of requisite drugs at the FCC/HCD before commencement of each batch.CLINICAL: PRE-REGISTRATION: 1) Knowledge and Implementation of Morpheus SOPs.2) Basic history taking of patients.3) Explain advice given by CFS to patients with respect to investigations, treatment and follow-up.4) Counsel patients using CD and power point presentation.5) Explain Morpheus pricing policy to patients.6) Entering and tracking CPP for all patients visiting the center for consultation.7) Take part in Fertility camps, IUI workshops, CMEs etc.8) Handing out and explaining patient hand-out/CD to CPP and registered patients..POST-REGISTRATION: 1) Co-ordinate with registered patients and recruit them into COS in consultation with CFS so as to keep the Reg-COS gap within clinically acceptable limits.2) Co-ordinate IVF batching of patients.3) Ensure correct and timely implementation of CFS defined stimulation protocol.4) Co-ordinate ultrasound appointments and timely estradiol checks.5) Confirm trigger date and time (as advised by CFS) and co-ordinate OPU and ET with patients.6) Ensure post embryo transfer compliance to luteal support and timely B-HCG check and reporting by patient.7) Act as first resource person to registered patients and clear patient doubts8) Ensuring all patient medical consents, commercial consent , forms are duly explained and signed by all parties concerned9) Feed back to PDC / referral doctors through BD team.FCC: 1) Act as first resource person to registered FCC patients and clear patient doubts.2) Timely reporting by e-mail regarding patient activities at the mother center to respective FCC.3) Communicating stimulation schedules to FCC at the beginning of each batch.Reports & Software: 1) Correct and timely entry of all patient-related clinical data into software platform.2) Enter CPP and registration details into software.3) Sending RAF/PRDR, OPU, PNDT check list, Daily report and other Formats/Forms to HO within stipulated time.
Timely updates on monthly clinical plan, Registration-COS gap and Cryo inventory.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
