Job Summary
We need patient counselor with minimum 03 year experience in hospital background.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To explain the patient about the packages of surgeries
- Fixing the appointment for surgery
- Follow up of the patients for surgery
- Rescheduling of surgery, if required.
- Appointment & Follow up of investigations advised by the consultant. To ensure reports reach in time to the ward.
- Co- ordination with other departments like nursing, billing, and follow up of discharge summary.
