The Counsellor / Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients or patients about services, and ensuring proper follow-up and conversion. The role focuses on effective communication, relationship building, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries (calls, messages, emails) and provide accurate information about services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, appointments, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and update lead databases and call records.
Counsel potential clients/patients regarding available services, procedures, or programs.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors/consultants or departments.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (preferably in Psychology, Marketing, or Healthcare for healthcare roles).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Confident telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or front office preferred.
