Job Description

Main Purpose: Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery Quantity surveying and cost management To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service. Key Responsibilities: Providing Pre and Post contract cost management scope of services. Ability to deliver the agreed scope and refer major changes in scope to the line manager. Taking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on projects. Ensures timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clients Producing monthly cost reports and presenting them to the client Negotiating and agreeing final accounts Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Where appropriate, leading a cost management team, ensuring they deliver on all the above accountabilities. . #LI-HT1 Qualifications Education - B.E. / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical etc) NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage 7 - 10 years\' experience in similar role . #LI-HT1 Additional Information Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
