Job Responsibilities: Construct & Analyze manufacturing cost by reviewing drawings / Blueprints / parts & functional information. Develop Piece cost forWiring Harness Goodknowledge of understanding circuit design & components Goodknowledge of motor assembly process & Wire harness assembly Good understanding on competitive benchmarking GoodTechnical knowledge on Manufacturing Processes for components, wire, connectors , coaxial cables , terminals Demonstrate a solid grasp of business concept, quantitative & critical thinking skills Maintain data integrity and accuracy & use data to identify and solve problems. Plans organize and prioritize multiple tasks within defined period. 210 years of overall experience with minimum 1 year of PD experience in EV commodities in OEMs or Tier-1s preferred. Preferred exposure to ED&T (Engineering Design & Testing), CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and tooling manufacturing costing. Area of professional exposure (technical skills) Automobile OEM / Automotive Ancillaries (Wire Harness manufacturing & assembly process ). Hands on manufacturing and costing / purchase experience.
