Job Title: Cost Estimator and Contracts Officer Skills: Analytical Communication Negotiation Cost sensitive MS Excel Advanced (variety of excel formulas, able to create pivot tables, work with macros and manage multiple interlinking spreadsheets) Job responsibilities: Costing Budgeting Estimation- material, time and labor Contract administration (contract renewals, extensions and variations) Contract drafting Legal review of Contractual Terms, review SLA\xe2\x80\x99s, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and their financial implications / risks to business and take / recommend necessary measures to protect the business from risk. Review Bid Requests, collate costing based on technical requirements Prepare and review commercial submissions for bids Collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role with a multi-national company. Middle East experience will be an advantage. Facilities Management experience desired. Contracts of different types and drafting the same Other soft skills: Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Time management Collaboration Ability to keep up to date with latest technical publications Ability to work with multi-cultural and diverse team and put-forward constructive challenge to stakeholders where appropriate Education / Qualification: Bachelor Degree with English as medium of graduation, preferably an Engineer. Preferably possess at least one qualification/ certification in Estimation and/ or Contract Management Job Type: Full-time Salary: 945,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
