Job Description
& Qualifications
- Construct & Analyze manufacturing cost by reviewing drawings / Blueprints / parts & functional information.
- Develop Piece cost for (ECU) Electronics control Units Body control module (BCM) Center Stack, ADAS (Advance Driver Assistance System) & telematics.
- Good knowledge of embedded software development, testing technical requirements & Communication requirements (LIN, CAN, Ethernet)
- Good knowledge of Sensing devices, Ultrasonic Sensors, Radar, Lidar & image processing Cameras, Driver Assistant Technology
- Good Understanding of Electronics components applications, specifications & coding, cost optimization in printed circuit boards (PCB) designs.
- Good Technical knowledge on Manufacturing Processes SMT (Surface Mounting technology) & facility & tooling investments for assembly & testing procedures etc.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of business concept, quantitative & critical thinking skills
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy & use data to identify and solve problems.
- Plans organize and prioritize multiple tasks within defined period.
- 2~10 years of overall experience with minimum 1 year of PD experience in EV commodities in OEMs or Tier-1s preferred.
- Preferred exposure to ED&T, CAPEX and tooling manufacturing costing.
