Job Title:Corporate Sales Manager for a leading Insurance Broker. Designation: Corporate Sales Manager - Insurance. Location: BKC,Mumbai. Job description: 1. Design, discuss and implement the Corporate Sales Plan of the organisation. 2.Acquire new corporate accounts for the company. 3.Develop expertise in various insurance products. 4.Meet the insurance team and decision makers in various corporate houses and maintain relationship with them and address their insurance needs. 5.Tying up with various organization for selling insurance. (Vehicle dealers, financial institutions etc.) 6.Be updated about all relevant news items, products and processes, related to insurance corporate sales business. 7.Managing the existing relationship and ensure incremental business from them. 8.Liase with other departments for building new processes & improving existing ones. 9.Liase with operations for the existing processes, MIS and policy servicing issues and improvements. Prepare Management reports. 10.Liase with insurance companies for quotes, policy issuance, claims etc. 11.Monitor Corporate lead Tracking System. 12.Preparation of Cover Slips / Client proposals / letters and Client Presentations. Requirements : 1.Exposure in corporate sales. 2.Good Communication and networking skills. 3.Experience of working in a fast moving environment with a strong focus on delivery. 4.Experience in Corporate Business development and Client relationship management. 5.Hands on experience and knowledge in general insurance (knowledge of life insurance is an added advantage). 6.High level of drive to excel and thrive in a sales-oriented environment.
