to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth from corporate accounts by building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients, travel managers, and event planners. The ideal candidate will promote the hotel's rooms, meeting spaces, and services to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and room night goals.
Identify, qualify, and secure new corporate accounts through proactive sales calls, networking, and market research.
Manage and grow existing corporate client portfolios by maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring repeat business.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections to showcase facilities and services.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and corporate agreements in line with hotel pricing policies.
Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to develop promotional offers and account-specific strategies.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast business trends to support revenue management.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, corporate events, and local business associations to enhance visibility and brand positioning.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the client journey--from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-6 years
of experience in corporate or B2B sales within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the local and regional corporate travel market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in hotel property management and CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
