Job Role:
- Acquiring new corporate and sourcing salary account individually as well as through the mapped branch team of a zone
- Nurture the existing relationship and deepen the relationship further and meet the business budgets for Acquisitions and overall book
- Work closely with the TASC-GB Territory managers and empanel Govt business for Salary
- Ensuring that the targets on Number of accounts and Salary credit are met
- Work with the branches and facilitate periodic salary credit
- Train the team on Salary upload, sharing regular new account opening update with Corporate and teach them to track Salary credit of all accounts opened
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of concerned geography corporate Markets and Industries in the area location
Complete knowledge of saving bank account
Good communication skill and having capacity to discuss with senior officials
Knowledge of KYC for opening saving account
Well verse with Kotak network in terms of branch and ATM
Competitor's updated information
Well verse with local language and ability to make presentation to Corporate
Drive for Results
Ability to work for multiple products
Having good contacts locally to ensure adequate sourcing of proposals
Team player, Passionate, energetic , fast learner
Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker
Having own conveyance (Two wheeler preferable)
