Minimum Qualification
B.TECH/B.E

Responsible for close monitoring of compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) of the organization.
Establish corporate procedures as required for meeting QMS requirements. E.g. Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures etc.
Implement policies, systems and procedures and ensuring compliance within organization.
Carry out periodic audits of Business verticals to ensure compliance & effectiveness of Quality Management System.
Carry out site visits on need basis.
Preparation of monthly Quality MIS & follow up actions.
Establish and monitor Quality Objectives for the organization.
Conduct management review meetings, follow up for closure of actions.
Monitor, analyse and evaluate the Quality data.
Identify areas of improvements
Organize periodic meetings with stake holders addressing pain areas and improvements.
Improve awareness of QMS In the organization
Provide trainings to employees.
Arrange Lead Auditor & Internal Auditor programs.
Prepare perioding update on Quality initiatives across the organization.
Prepare presentations, dashboards for top management.
Apply for external reputed award bids for the organization.
Responsible for sharing updated QMS information to marketing teams for bids and prequalification.
Drive digital initiatives for the department.
Organize awareness campaigns.
Central coordinator for change management within organization.

S Shared cross-functionally:

Maintain cross functional relationship with Business Vertical Quality Heads.
Coordination for external certification / surveillance audits & closure of NCRs.
Support to Business verticals in Quality matter on need base e.g. in Vendor Audits & project Quality Audits.
