Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager

to lead the brand, digital, and communication strategy for The Orchid Group of Hotels. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, manage PR and digital initiatives, and ensure consistent communication across all units under The Orchid brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and brand communication strategies across all hotel units. Manage digital marketing channels, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and online campaigns. Plan and coordinate PR, media coverage, influencer partnerships, and brand events. Create and manage engaging content for digital, print, and in-house platforms. Collaborate with design agencies for marketing collateral, creatives, and brand campaigns. Support internal branding, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives. Highlight The Orchid's sustainability and eco-friendly practices through effective storytelling. Monitor market trends, competitors, and campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Hotel Management. 5-8 years of marketing/communications experience (hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
