Job Description

Position: Manager- Finance and accounts.
Major Responsibilities:
? Finalization of accounts and consolidation of financial statements.
? Responsible for managing global transfer pricing.
? Preparation of budgets, budget vs actuals
? Preparation of MIS, financial reporting and other financial metrices.
? Manage Accounts payable for select regions and expense analysis.
? Responsible for statutory audits and other financial audits.
? Handle overseas payments & overseas banking operations.
? Any other finance & accounting related tasks required from time to time.
Key Skills:
? Excellent analytical skills
? Proficiency in business systems, accounting ERP, MS Office and financial planning software's.
? Experience in India GAAP, US GAAP
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
? Excellent report writing & communication skills.
