The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events that align with the company's brand, objectives, and culture. This includes conferences, product launches, leadership meets, employee engagement programs, client events, and internal celebrations. The role ensures seamless execution, strong stakeholder management, and exceptional attendee experience within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Conceptualization
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of events such as conferences, exhibitions, product launches, corporate meets, social events, and celebrations.
Develop event timelines, project plans, and execution checklists.
Create innovative themes and engagement ideas aligned with company culture.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, production, catering, gifting, logistics, etc.).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Marketing, Admin, Finance, and Leadership.
Act as the single point of contact for all event-related communication.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare detailed event budgets and obtain necessary approvals.
Track expenses, optimize costs, and ensure events are delivered within budget.
Handle billing, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
4. On-Ground Execution
Oversee on-site event operations including setup, registrations, production, and vendor coordination.
Manage last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand guidelines.

6. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2-4+ years of experience in corporate event management or B2B events
Experience handling conferences, employee engagement programs, leadership meets, and client events
Proficiency in MS Office, event tools, and basic budgeting systems
