Job Function:

Assisting in all brands, CSR, PR and Web activities. Especially focusing on Events, Content Development and Digital Management.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Liaison with HQ on key brand related projects, vendors on external projects in the areas of Exhibitions, Events, PR, CSR, Web and other brand related projects involving liasoning with our Global agency and local vendors.

The candidate will primarily work on Events and would play an active role in content management and development.

A flair for good writing and Indepth know-how about Digital arena along with experience in working with a B2B organization will be preferred.

Extensive documentation including bi-weekly, quarterly report generation, supervising projects through guidance from superiors, internal coordination with other Hitachi groups and business divisions, supporting all the business groups and divisions in India.

Leading internal collaboration and partnership, driving Global Vision and Mission of Hitachi through inculcating a deep understanding about the organization will be crucial in considering the assigned and designated role.

Work with full dedication and commitment towards meeting the organizational goals - Mid Term Management Plan 2024 and India Business Strategy 2024.

Support entire Hitachi group and business division in India for successful implementation of their brand activities as and when request is received.

Support the entire Corporate Communications Group activities and functions.

At least two-four proactive initiaitives that could be implemented. This would be one of the performance review areas.

Handle projects independently from commencement to finalization including preparation of documentation, completion of processes as per laid down guidelines etc.

\'Should be able to understand an organization\'s vision and mission logically. Integrating the Global strategy into lucrative content pieces. The job responsibility would also involve writing messages for Senior Management and Leadership Team.

Qualification & Experience:

Should have at least 5-6 years of experience (in case we are not able to find suitable candidate, this experience can be re-looked at in Digital and Advertising is a must.

Candidates with additional experience in CSR will be preferred.

Candidates who have worked or are working in an Advertising and Digital Marketing agency on a B2B brand or in esteemed organizations within the same scope will be preferred.

Other Knowledge & Skills:

Should be able to carry forward the credibility of CCG by taking proactive initiatives and helping the organization meet its future objectives.

Must have the knowledge about advertising terminologies and processes involved in brand campaign development, events, exhibition etc.

In addition to this, the candidate must also possess knowledge in leading Digital projects independently.

Should have a flair for writing good content, responding to queries within the organization\'s scope.

Should be able to spearhead projects independently through minimum support from superiors.
