Corporate Communication Sr. Manager Key / Expected Achievments INTERNAL COMMUNICATION - DCTI, PUNE Definition of project communication plans i n accordance with the entity\'s communication strategy and in cooperation with project managers Autonomous management of internal communication projects: collaboration with the Project team, understanding of the issues, production of associated content and management of their dissemination and performance monitoring Design and execution of communication collatarals and activities Innovative employee engagement activities Organization of global events in Pune Organization of Pune specific DCTI events - townhalls, all hands etc Writing internal communications memos stories etc , graphic creation and videos for DCTI Central platforms ( Intranet, Yammer etc) Participation in the international network of DCTI communicators External Communication - DCTI, Pune Definition of project external communication plans i n accordance with the entity\'s communication strategy and in cooperation with project managers The candidate will also be able to approach the world of external communication, working on a key theme, the attractiveness of the IT function outside Michelin. External Communication , AIM Region Media Relations: Writing / editing all External Communication materials - Regional press releases, Messaging and briefing documents, holding statements etc Manage media actions in accordance with the Group\'s expectations and Strategies in the region. Remotely support the Michelin Experience team in Dubai for local media requests Generate good quality press coverage and consistent with messages. Create and maintain a strong and sustainable media network in India, UAE and South Africa Agency Management: Be the single point of Contact for PR agencies in New Delhi and Dubai Contact for Media Monitoring agencies in New Delhi and Dubai Monitoring and reporting: Monitor and report press activities for AIM region with available tools Track effective benchmarks / best practices for measuring impact of our media / press activities Key Competencies for the role Brand Strategy and Reputation Management Communicating in writing Media Relations Analytical Thinking Crisis Communication Data Gathering and Processing Event Management ( internal and external) Fostering Communication Holistic Thinking Impact and Influence Networking Problem Solving Stakeholder management The Ideal candidate will Have experience of 8 to 10 years in corporate communications ( external and internal) and a strategic mindset and ability to navigate a large and matrixed international organisation. Previous experience in PR agencies will be an added advantage Be autonomous, creative, like to think outside the box and take initiatives (and even risks!). Have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills along with a knack of identifying and creating story ideas. Work in cooperation with an international network Have a good ability to adapt and thrive in teamwork. Be proficient in office tools (Office suite - excellent PowerPoint proficiency is required) and have at least some graphic design skills/sensitivity. Have excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills to present Michelin narratives/ initiatives Have Project Management skills - multi tasking, proactivity, self motivation, eye to detail and the ability to work in strict deadlines. Manage multiple agencies for both internal communication as well as external communication campaigns. Have smart moderating skills for large internal and external events ( Internal townhalls/ press conferences etc) Have strong IT & Digital culture
