Front Line Sales: Key Alliances

As a Front Line Sales (FLS), you will network with assigned partner& engage with new partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

  • It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers.
  • You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
  • You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
  • HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.
  • As a business professional you will be uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations
About the Channel
As a team member, you will forge partnerships and business alliances with financial institutions such as banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), small finance banks (SFBs), and micro-finance institutions (MFIs).
  • Achieve strategic alignment between requirements and objectives of the partner and the company.
  • Facilitate faster and sharper communication of our value proposition to existing and potential partners periodically.

  • Age :21 - 38 years
  • Education: Graduation in any stream
