Join our Macquarie Asset Management team as Associate/Senior Associate in Corporate Actions where you will be responsible for contribution to the development of the internal control environment and the efficiency of the group, while growing your career in a supportive and inclusive environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the corporate actions processing across global markets. You will also be responsible for reviewing and interpretation of corporate action event announcements along with preparation of corporate action notifications to Investment Managers and custodians. You will be responsible for notifying about the corporate events to Fund Administrators and reconciliation and settlement of corporate action entitlements. To be successful in this role, you will have experience of 2-3 years with a financial institution preferably working in a corporate actions team for a global custodian or asset manager. Funds management or custodian background with experience in a similar middle office or operations role is preferred. You\'ll have sound knowledge of the financial/banking Services industry and shared services operating models. You should have technical qualifications in a business discipline and good working knowledge of financial markets, portfolio accounting as well as and accounting (e.g. Simcorp Dimension), custody settlement systems and Aladdin will be an advantage.
