We have urgent requirement of Core Shop Supervisor at Bhagwati Spherocast Pvt. Ltd. Position - Core Shop Supervisor (Production Dept.) Education Qualification - Diploma/B.E in Mechanical or Metallurgy Experience - 01 to 05 Years Relevant Experience
Location - 132/1, G.I.D.C Estate, Odhav, Ahmedabad. 382415 -
- Responsible for daily shift-wise planning.
- To maintain target production output with rejection controls and quality.
- To monitor the production process and re-schedule, whenever required.
- Responsible for inventory control during the shift.
- Responsible for manpower utilization during the shift.
- To maintain shift-wise production data in terms of quantity produced,% rejections, down-time, Material consumption.
- Basics of Core shop tooling and its maintenance.
- Core Quality, In-process quality parameters and core related defects.
- Preventive maintenance of Core Shop Machines.
- Raw materials of Core shop.
- ISO Documentation.
- Provident Fund
- Rotational shift
- Yearly bonus
