Position \xe2\x80\x93 Press Shop Supervisor Job Location : - Chakan, Pune Qualification - DME / BE with 5-10 Yrs Exp in Sheet Metal , Welding & Powder Coating Auto Industry Salary Package : - Should be able to Work Independently on Press Shop. Capable of handling : - - Man Power - Quality issues - Reduce rejection PPM Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by appropriate data analysis Attend various meetings and action / communicate instructions - Effectively coordinate with Procurement. - Running Production activities of Press Shop. Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis Must have hands on Knowledge / Skill of MIG, SPOT & SEAM Welding and analysis of its defects. Planning & Adherence to Production Schedule Whilst maintaining Quality & Safety Standards, Inventory Management, Rejection, Rework, Machine Stoppage analysis, Manpower Utilization, Cost Saving Activities. Must be able to impart training to all concerned Workman & Contractors employees. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
