Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead ServiceNow platform administration including user management roles groups and access controls
Implement and optimize ITSM modules such as Incident Problem Change Request and CMDB
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure platform stability performance and compliance with governance standards
Develop and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and best practices Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements
Required Skills Qualifications
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer
Strong hands on experience with ServiceNow Administration and ITSM modules
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture scripting JavaScript and integrations REST SOAP APIs
Experience with ServiceNow workflows Business Rules UI Policies and ACLs
Knowledge of CMDB design and maintenance
Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM best practices
Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
ServiceNow certifications eg Certified System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other ServiceNow modules like HRSD CSM or SecOps
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Experience in multi instance ServiceNow environments
