Job Summary: The Copywriter creates world-class copy that is in the Lowe\'s brand voice with a demonstrated flexibility to write broad brand messages as well as promotional copy. The Copywriter translates the business brief into consumer-friendly concepts and communications. This requires an understanding of the customer mindset and the ability to find a unique reason to believe, and to convince our customers that Lowe\'s is the preferred retailer for their needs. The Copywriter writes a range of options to meet the needs of the business. The Copywriter works independently, with a Designer, or as part of larger brainstorming sessions. The Copywriter must have experience across multiple channels, including email, digital, social media, radio, print, and signage. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities:
Develops brand-consistent creative concepts, print copy and broadcast scripts
Works with cross-functional design and copy teams to provide enterprise-level concepts and copy
On a monthly basis, the Copywriter works with the ACDs, Designers and Copywriters to help guide the work product against brand standards and business requests. This work can span all job tiers and all channels.
Creates concepts and copy for advertising materials including but not limited to in-store signage, radio, and digital media
Assists ACDs to maintain and evolve Lowe\xe2\x80\x99s voice
Produces radio spots that are in campaign and balance brand voice with promotions
On a daily basis, the Copywriter carries a workload of conceptual and tactical copywriting requests. In addition, the Copywriter is a professional mentor for Copyeditors and helps to review work for consistency. By providing Feedback & guidance.
Collaborates with designers, ACDs, and marketing partners to develop cohesive brand communications
Presents concepts to internal teams for review and approval
Writes copy that\xe2\x80\x99s conceptual and in campaign for Lowe\xe2\x80\x99s digital and print advertising communications
