r r r r r r The Marketing Copywriter is responsible for developing high-performing marketing copy and materials for a given Projects. This includes writing persuasive, engaging, and effective copy for all marketing channels.

- Write copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and internal communicationsr
- Write and design content to convert leads into sales opportunitiesr
- Assist in the creation and execution of content marketing strategies that deliver results such as increased web traffic, site walk in or greater customer loyaltyr
- Work with graphic designers to provide optimized messaging on various promotional materialsr
- Write descriptions of projects, amenities and services to be used in various marketing channelsr
- Research trends in the industry to identify new opportunities and craft fresh content.r

- Ability to create content that resonates with target audiencesr
- Excellent written communication skillsr
- Self-Starter with ability to take complete ownership of assigned tasks and projects.r
